It's going to be a long process but I thought I should get started. Then maybe by the time I get to college it won't be so bad. I won't have any more anxiety attacks.
Well I didn't know if anyone was wondering where I was or not. But thats what I've been doing. Alot of reading of "The Courage to Heal", and trying to work on myself as much as possible.
On another note I'm going to take my G test today. I'm kind of nervous, so wish me luck!
